What sizes are available for Women’s Clothing ?

Our sizes range from size 6 to size 18. You can find specific size guides for each garment under the Dimension tab. If you need any help for sizes, please feel free to message us for further assistances.

A dress that I wish to purchase is out of stock. When will it be available again ? Can I do a pre-order ?

Restocking a pre-orders are dependant on the availability of prints. Origami Doll sources beautiful and unique fabrics from around the world and only produce a small amount of any style every season. 

If fabric is available, we may occasionally remake some of our popular sold out styles. If you'd like to purchase any of our sold out items, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can know there is interest. 

Are your garments the same colour and print placement as they appear on the website?

We do our very best to ensure our photographs are as true to colour as possible. However, colours may still vary due to different lighting and the colours of your device. 

For some fabric, the print placement will vary slightly depending on the textile design. Please do not hesitate to message us if you have any special requests on your order. We will try our very best to find the perfect garment for you. 

What is Click & Collect? How does it work ?

Click & Collect is a free service that allow you to order online and pick up your purchase in our Newtown store. We will send you a notification when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up usually ready within 24 to 48 hours, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, they can. If you are sending someone to pick up your order in our Newtown store, they need to show us a proof of pruchse or a pick up notification from us. We may require their own valid photo ID for reference and contacting you by phone before releasing your order.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do! You can purchase our gift cards online and will receive a gift card voucher with special code via your email. 

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes, you can cancel your order before we dispatch it from our warehouse.  Origami Doll will charge 15% for restocking fee for your order and we will refund 85% back to you account within 14 working days.  Please refer to our exchange & return policy for further details. 

Do you wholesale your products ?

Yes, we do. Please contact us for further inquiry. 

What do I do if my order is damaged during transportation?

All items are carefully packaged and carefully examined before sending it out to our customers. Should any damage or problem occur outside of this, pleasecontact us as soon as possible within the 7 working days after you've received your order. We will do our best to replace these items for you, but it may not be possible outside this timeframe or due to stock availability. 

What payment options do you offer?

Origami Doll accepts Credit Card (Master,Visa, American Express) and Paypal. All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) and are in Australian dollars (AUD). 

I want to place an order online on the website, but there is some technical difficultly. What should I do ?

Please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible within the 48 hours.
