Exchanges & Returns
To exchange an item from Origami Doll, customers must provide proof of purchase and merchandise must be returned as new: unworn, unwashed, and unused with all tags intact. Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of you receiving your product.
Customers will be asked to pay for postage to return items, and orders can only be exchanged up to three times. The first exchange on an order will be posted for free, but customers wanting to exchange items again will be asked to cover shipping for these items.
Please note that returns are subject to stock availability. We do not accept exchanges or refunds on promotional items.
Origami Doll accepts returns on change of mind items that are as new: unworn, unwashed, and unused with all tags intact. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of you receiving your product.
Customers will be asked to cover postage for original shipping and return shipping. Origami doll will refund their order minus the postage cost. This applies to our free shipping order as well.
If the product is faulty, please contact our helpful support team.
Returns and exchange will not provided on the following items such as pieced jewellery, sale items, gift cards, store credit or vouchers unless the product fail to meet Australia consumer guarantee.
If customers are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Origami Doll reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange. We do not accept exchanges or refunds on promotional items.
