We hope you love every products that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days to exchange the item(s) with us from the date you purchased your order instore or from the date you received your parcel. We have separate returns policy for online and instore purchase listed below. Please contact us if you require further assistance.

For Instore Purchase

Origami Doll ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT/ EXCHANGE FOR RETURNS within 14 days from the date you purchased in-store with us (unless specified otherwise). All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, in their Original Form with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for any returns, exchanges or repair requests. We do not refund back to your original method of payment for change of mind. 

*Please note all items purchase on sale can only be returned with exchange or store credit. Items marked down more than 50% off are FINAL SALE and can not be returned unless deemed faulty. For health reasons, we do not accept returns on Skin care, Cosmetics, Socks, Face mask, Jewellery, Gift cards or Swimwear unless the item(s) are faulty, not fit for its major purpose or under conditions set by Australian Consumer Law. 

STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE

Origami Doll will issue a full amount of store credit. STORE CREDIT issued are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be used in full and not redeemable for cash. It can be used In store or Online.

Purchase made with Store Credit are FINAL SALE and strictly cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES are final and items exchanged strictly cannot be returned. 

 

 

 

For Online Purchase

We have a 14 day Returns Policy from the date your items are delivered where Full Price items can be returned for a Refund / Exchange/ Store Credit. All items must be returned in their Original Form and with all tags attached.

Please noted purchase made during the Black Friday & Cyber Monday promotional period do not qualify for refund and can only be returned with exchange during 14 working days after parcel’s received.

If item is deemed faulty Origami Doll will offer to repair, replace or refund the value of item. Please note all items purchase on sale can only be returned with exchange or store credit. Items marked down more than 50% off are FINAL SALE and can not be returned unless deemed faulty. We do not accept return on Skin care, Jewellery or swimwear.

Return postage are at the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable delivery service as Origami Doll cannot be held responsible for lost items.

REFUND

The original shipping charges are non-refundable (including any free shipping order). We calculate base on how much is the freight cost including discount freight. Please noted each order may varied and please contact us if you have any questions. 

 

STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE

Origami Doll will issue a full amount of store credit and will not charge any additional postage costs. Please Note this DOES NOT apply to any International Order.

For Lay-by Purchase

Origami doll offers lay-by purchase instore only. All lay-by purchases require a minimum 30% deposit. 

Minimum Instalments of 20% to be paid each fortnight unless specified otherwise on the receipt.

Origami doll may have the right to cancel your order with 7 business days’ notice if you fail to make a payment. All layby’s will expire 65 days from date of sale.

A 30% termination fee will be charged for all cancelled and expired layby’s.

You may cancel your layby at any time and will receive a refund for all payments made (less termination fee 30% as pointed out above).

Lay-by must be paid in full amount before pick up and collect instore.

Lay by is not available for online purchase.
