Australian Shipping :

Origami Doll offers flat rate $15 shipping for all domestic orders and free shipping on orders $50 AUD or over. We ship via Australia Post and will provide customers with their tracking number. Because we are a small team, orders will be dispatched as soon as possible weekly, excluding weekend & public holidays. Customers will be notified if there is any delay on their order. Most Australian orders are standard shipping with an estimated 3 business days for delivery time after dispatch based on Australia post office estimations. We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances.

International Shipping :

Origami Doll offers free shipping on international order over $350 AUD. We ship to New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, France, Israel, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore via Australia Post and will provide customers with their tracking number. Customers from other countries can message us for delivery quotes. Delivery time will vary for international customers depending on their shipping destination. Please refer to Australia Post for further details.

Customers will be notified if there is any delay on their order. We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances. Origami Doll recommends customers provide a secure delivery address as we are not responsible for any lost/stolen parcels. Please note that we do not ship heavy items or fragile items for international orders.  GST (good & service tax) is already included in pricing for Australia. However, customs or import charges may still apply for other countries. Please double check on your local legislation for your destination country.

Origami Doll will not responsible for any customs or import duties outside Australia.

For any special shipping requests including purchasing extra cover, signature on delivery, express or courier shipping, please feel free to message us before you place your order if you require further assistance. 

If there is anything wrong with your online purchase, please contact us within 14 days after you have received your parcel and we will instruct you on how to return the item.
